Welcome to Choice One Landscape! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our landscaping and paver services, our website, and any related services we provide.
1. Services Provided
Choice One Landscape offers landscaping, hardscaping, paver installation, backyard renovations, and related services to residential and commercial clients. All services are performed according to the details specified in the written estimate or contract agreed upon before work begins.
2. Estimates and Payments
- Estimates are free and valid for 30 days.
- A deposit may be required before work begins.
- Final payment is due upon completion of the project, unless otherwise specified in writing.
- Late payments may result in additional charges or project delays.
3. Project Timeline
We will provide an estimated project timeline. However, weather conditions, material availability, and other unforeseen factors may affect completion dates. We will communicate any delays promptly.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide access to the job site during agreed work hours.
- Please secure pets and notify us of underground utilities, irrigation lines, or obstacles.
- Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing and may result in additional costs.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations made before work begins are subject to forfeiture of the deposit.
- Once work has started, refunds will be issued only for unperformed services, minus material or labor costs incurred.
6. Warranties

- Manufacturer warranties may apply to materials such as pavers, artificial turf, or lighting components.
7. Limitation of Liability

8. Use of Photos
We may take before-and-after photos of your project for our portfolio and marketing purposes. If you wish to opt out, please notify us in writing before the project begins.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
